Fill in and sign a PDF
Type straight into form fields, or anywhere on a flat PDF. Draw, type, upload or photograph your signature and place it — your signature image never leaves the device.
How to use Fill & Sign
- Open the PDF form.
- Click into fields to fill them; use Type, ✓, ✗ and Date for non-fillable PDFs.
- Create your signature or initials and click to place them.
- Export the filled, signed PDF — flatten it if you don't want further edits.
When to use it
- Rental agreements, quotations, onboarding forms and declarations.
- Government or bank forms that arrive as fillable PDFs.
- Signing a scanned form that has no fields.
What to expect
- This adds a visible signature image, not a certificate-based digital signature. Certificate signing is on the roadmap.
- Adding anything to a digitally signed PDF invalidates its existing signature — the editor warns you first.
- Very complex XFA forms are not supported.

Is a drawn signature legally binding?
In many places an electronic signature is valid for everyday agreements, but rules vary. Check what applies to your document. This is not legal advice.
Can I reuse my signature?
Yes, if you choose to remember it on this device. Otherwise it's forgotten when you close the tab.
