Privacy

Short version: your documents never leave your device. This page explains exactly what does.

Your documents

What can be stored in your browser — only if you choose

You can clear all of this from Settings & local data in the editor, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

What the site downloads

The app's code, fonts, the PDF and OCR engines, and language data are served from this site. If you turn on local AI, model weights are downloaded once — the consent dialog shows their size and where they come from. These are downloads to your device; nothing about your document is sent with them.

Analytics

If page-view analytics are enabled, they are cookieless and count visits to pages only. Tool usage is recorded only as generic, anonymous counters (for example “compress used, succeeded”) with no file names, contents, text or sizes beyond broad buckets.

Contact form

The contact page is the one place where information leaves your device: when you press Send, your name, email address and message are submitted to a Google Form so we can reply. Nothing is sent before you press Send, and no document data is ever included.

Changes

If this policy changes, this page will be updated with the new date. Last updated: October 2026.
